Shipping Policy

This policy explains how VulcanTunes processes and ships orders. Shipping options and costs for your specific order are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Order processing
We pick, test, and pack orders — usually within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive an order confirmation by email when you check out, and a shipping email with tracking once your label is created.
Where we ship
We ship across the United States. Shipping to some additional countries may be available at checkout; where it is, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Shipping methods & cost
Shipping is handled through major carriers (primarily USPS). Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the package's weight and size, so you see the exact cost before paying. Any available options (for example, standard vs. expedited) appear at checkout.
Delivery times
Most domestic orders arrive within about 3–7 business days after they ship, depending on the method chosen and your location. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking
When your label is created we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Please allow a little time for the carrier to scan the package before tracking updates.
Shipping addresses
Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address. We validate addresses at checkout to help catch errors, but you are responsible for the address you submit. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping may apply) or a refund of the item cost.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows a problem, please email us promptly (within a reasonable time of delivery or the expected delivery date) so we can help file a claim with the carrier and make it right.
Backorders
If an item is temporarily out of stock, it may be available for backorder at checkout; we'll ship it as soon as it's back and keep you updated.
